Products & Delivery
How long does it take to receive a brace?
Plus icon
If dispensed at your appointment, you received it the same day. If shipped through RapidDME it typically arrives within 3–5 business days after insurance approval.
Can I return my brace?
Plus icon
Return Policy
Due to the medical nature of orthopedic braces, returns are not accepted once the device has left the clinic or been delivered. This ensures that every patient receives a new, unused, and hygienic product.

If your brace does not fit properly or is defective in any way, we are happy to replace it with a new one at no additional cost. Please contact our support team with your full name, date of birth, and contact information to begin the replacement process.
My brace doesn’t fit. What should I do?
Plus icon
Visit our Fitting Instructions Page for support videos and steps. If you still need help, leave a message and a specialist will follow up.
Prescriptions & Coverage
Do I need a prescription to get a brace?
Plus icon
Yes. Whether from urgent care, a therapist, or your doctor — a prescription is required for insurance to cover your brace.
Will insurance cover my brace?
Plus icon
Coverage varies by plan. We verify your insurance before billing. If there is a balance, it’s due to deductible, copay, or policy terms.
Can I get a brace directly without going to a clinic?
Plus icon
Yes! If you have a prescription, visit RapidDME to upload it and have your brace shipped directly to your home.
For Providers & Clinics
Do you work with therapists and primary care?
Plus icon
